Lead Campus Pastor

Dr. Cadet brings over three decades of experience in pastoral leadership and para-church ministry to his role as the Campus Pastor of Victory Alliance. A passionate communicator, counselor, and shepherd, Dr. Cadet holds multiple graduate degrees, including a Doctor of Ministry from Alliance Theological Seminary (2020) in New York City.
He currently resides in Springfield, New Jersey, with his wife of 35 years, Yvonne, a dedicated OB/GYN practicing in the Newark area. Together, they have raised two accomplished daughters: Janine, a physician based in Los Angeles, and Asia, an associate attorney in Washington D.C. Dr. Cadet’s life and leadership reflect a deep commitment to spiritual formation, community engagement, and family legacy.
